Depending on the product and time of year, shipment can happen as fast as one day after proof approval. Sometimes it can take up to two weeks. Generally, products are shipped within 3-5 days after proof approval.
Yes! Because I create all of my designs 100% from scratch, I can customize them in any way imaginable. If you want different colors, or the design on a different product, just ask! I will do my best to create a gift that is exactly how you want it.

If your order has not yet gone into production, yes you may cancel it. Once an order has gone into production, it cannot be cancelled.

We ship directly from different suppliers around the world (North America, Australia, and Europe), so you order (if you purchase several items) may arrive in different packages. Please be patient and the rest of your order will arrive soon!
