I really enjoyed your reading of the introduction. Thank you for taking the time to do that. Have you seen the knitting book “Knitting Out of Africa” by Marianne Isagar? She has 4 beautiful sweater patterns using garter stitch squares, rectangles and triangles, all building upon each other. She may be interested in this noble effort. According to my book she earned her degree as a textile designer from Copenhagen School of Design and Handicrafts. She lives in Arhus, Denmark. You may be able to find a copy cheaply second hand like I did.
